The housing units are made up of chalets distributed among the grove of cashew trees, providing total privacy to each unit. The chalet is composed of a balcony, the room itself, hall with toilet and bathroom. The bathroom has a shower box and hot shower. Other comfort items include fridge and fan. The chalet can have a double bed plus a single bed, two twin beds or three single beds with spring mattress and professional bed and bath linen. The chalet has a hammock that can be used internally or on the balcony.
The land of 35,000 m² where the inn is built is located on the top of a cliff at the confluence of the Redonda and Peroba beaches, 40 meters above sea level, with easy access. A piece of virgin forest, a natural dune, a grove of cashew trees and an area for buildings comprise the area. The stretch of forest, dune and cashew trees forest were fully preserved during the project. Coconut trees planted along the ground perimeter, fruit trees to provide shade, and gardens, these implanted in a strip of land between the buildings and the edge of the cliff, complete the atmosphere of the inn. The constructive project is composed of a main block, with bar, restaurant, kitchen, game room, library with Internet access, room for events, meeting and reading rooms; There are 10 bungalows in brick, distributed in space constructively with balcony, bathroom, refrigerator and fan, a main entrance with entry and exit security control in the form of a stylized front of a baroque church, a swimming pool with wet bar, a lovers spot, a space for meditation and nature contemplation; a side porch recalling the hamlet of Olinda for entry of people inside the hostel, covered parking; showcase for permanent exhibition and sale of local handicrafts. The buildings are bare brick built, taking advantage of the rustic, natural environment integrated with cliff / dunes / cashew trees / forest. Each cottage has received different colors, following the different shades of color and honoring the traditional carnival blocks of Olinda: "Eu Acho É Pouco, Pitombeira dos Quatro Cantos, Flor da Lira, Marins dos Caetés, Homem da Meia Noite, Ceroula, Elefante, Bloco da Saudade, Vassourinhas e Galo da Madrugada".
