The inn was built by noted architect Wilson Reis Netto from Rio de Janeiro, a specialist in tropical architecture. He even refers in his autography "... inspired by the Jesuit architecture, especially in a palace in ruins, located in the Valley of Rio Paraguaçu, near the town of Cachoeira. Its construction is of brick and clay tile with predominant rustic colonnade, generous balconies, with hammocks overlooking the sea and the natural pools formed by reefs. The hostel was completely renovated in 2003 and now presents modern comfort while retaining its tropical charm that distinguishes the inn. We have 26 comfortable rooms, 21 of which with a spectacular view over the sea and the reef. All of them are very charming, decorated with bamboo and other natural materials and are cozy for comfort and well-being. This comfort is enhanced by the gentle and constant sea breezes blowing day and night. All apartments have balcony with hammock, bathroom with hot / cold water (solar heating), TV, telephone, minibar, room service (until 11:00 PM), cotton layette and fan. Downstairs: Six apartments with terrace and direct access to the beach, also great for families with children. At 1st floor are five rooms with balcony, two luxurious suites and three "Standard" type apartments without overlooking the sea. The Royal suite - executive type - has almost 100 m2 and the "honeymoon" suite has available area (room and balcony) of 68 m2. On 2nd floor there are other seven apartments, a duplex suite (with two bedrooms and a shared bath) plus a suite with generous balcony overlooking the sea and coconut trees on the beach. There are also two side rooms with super spacious balconies overlooking the sea. The rooms at the top are well ventilated by constant gentle breeze from the sea. The Ground floor, the Side and Standard apartments have air conditioning due to lack of the refreshing and healthy breeze luxury. We have two restaurants, one directly on the beach, and another with excellent international cuisine, but also with culinary specialties from Bahia. We are known for the buffet breakfast that is included in daily rates. The onsite restaurant has a beautiful view directly to the beach and to the side, with a park of coconut trees and palms. We also have two bars, one inside the restaurant and the other on the beach. It's hard to imagine the beauty of having a drink at this bar, topped with coconut straw, with the refreshing sea breeze and spectacular views over the sea. Our caipirinhas are famous and are a gift for you. We provide room service (until 11:00 PM). Gastronomy, aromas, textures, colors and flavors. A journey through the senses. On the right side, at only about 100 meters you will see the Tamar Project of the sea turtles and the lighthouse. If you walk to the left, after 700 meters you find a natural pool for swimming. And you can keep on walking, only you, the beach, the sea waves and lots of coconut trees. That's what we call a healthy life!
